Step.1 –

Removing the Mangalore tiles carefully, stacking at one point convenient to the owner, removing debris if any etc. Complete.

Step.2 –

Removing the hips and ridge tiles carefully, stacking at one point convenient to the owner, removing debris if any etc. Complete.

Step.3 –

Removing the battens from the roof carefully, stacking at one point convenient to the owner, removing debris if any etc. Complete.

Step.4 –

Removing existing any waterproofing work like tarfelt, membrane or other water proofing material laid over the roof with carefully, removing debris etc. Complete.

Step.5 –

Removing existing wooden plank false-ceiling which was damage carefully without battens, stacking at one point convenient to the owner, removing debris if any etc. Complete.

Step.6

           Providing and applying Black Japan primer 2 coats after impregnating Termiseal               by spraying to existing and old batten & ceiling fully before fixing etc. Complete. 


Step.7 –

Providing and fixing wooden plank, ceiling, batten in place of broken damage as per existing size 

Step.8 –

Providing and fixing water proof membrane of any 1.5mm or 2mm, 3mm as per required with good company brand product

Step.9 –

Refitting the removed ceiling and batten on the same place

Step.10 –

Refitting the Mangalore tile which was removed and replace broken tile if any

Step.11 –

Also refitting the ridges and hips with sand cement finished and replace old & broken if any

Step.12 –

          Provide and apply the tiled color above the roof to final pleasant look & to enhance              the life of tile
